This Privacy Policy explains how Golden Lab Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you visit goldenlabgames.com (the “Site”).

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional subject, and message you submit so we can respond.
Technical and usage data
Like most websites, our hosting and CDN providers (including Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and security logs to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use local storage to remember your cookie choice, and Google Analytics 4 cookies
(_ga, _ga_<ID>, kept up to 2 years in your browser) to count visits and
see which pages are useful. Google Analytics records pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser
type, language, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Outside the EEA, the UK and
Switzerland, Google Analytics runs by default and you can turn it off with "Turn off analytics" on the
banner or with Privacy choices in the footer. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, or if we can't tell
which country you are in, it runs only after you click Accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy
Control signal, Google Analytics does not run unless you switch it on. We do not run advertising
trackers on the Site.

4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data with service providers who help us run the Site: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, email routing and security) and Google (Google Analytics). Google processes analytics data for us as a service provider, with Google signals, ad personalization and data sharing with other Google products turned off, and our Google Analytics property is not linked to any advertising product.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You can still turn Google Analytics off at any time with Privacy choices in the footer, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep it off. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months. Security and server logs are retained according to our providers’ defaults and our operational needs.
6. Security
We use HTTPS and Cloudflare’s free-tier CDN and security features (including DDoS mitigation and bot/WAF protections available on our plan) to help protect the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to withdraw consent. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we rely on your consent for Google Analytics and on our legitimate interests for security and replying to messages, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Contact us via the form on our Contact page to make a request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
8. Children
The Site is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not show ads. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
The Site may be served from infrastructure in multiple regions. By using the Site, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
